Barkhunt - Last Round of Season 1
The first full Barkhunt season concluded on Sunday, June 7th. I haven’t blogged about it until now because my iPhone was stolen the same night… but that’s another blog!
Anyway, this last round was a lot less chaotic! Maybe because it was the last one or @jadeheart wasn’t on my heels the whole time! I ended up winning a bunch of treats and another custom pet portrait from Terry Stanley. She sent us a picture of the first one we won and I can’t wait to get it in the mail! J What I love about Barkhunt is that winning prizes gives you a chance to sample the pet products before you try them. Ellis, our Boxer, is somewhat picky when it comes to treats and his stomach is sensitive. So I want to make sure he can enjoy the treats we buy for him. Also, I want to make sure the toys are durable. We have a Boxer and a Doberman that love to play and chew! The tore up one of the toys we won and dirtied up another… oops!
The last thing I want to say, before anxiously awaiting the next season, is that I love the Barkhunt sponsors! They are so dedicated to what they do and put on such a great hunt for everyone to participate in. I can’t even imagine the behind the scenes for Barkhunt! I think next season I might video tape myself playing one round J. The sponsors should video tape them giving out their clues!
